August 30, 2011 – West Palm Beach, FL - Catalyst Associates Founder Ed DeCosta recently returned from a nine day conference in West Palm Beach, Florida, where he was a featured speaker in the John C. Maxwell Certification Program. Traveling from 40 countries around the globe, nearly 1000 members of the "John Maxwell Team" gathered for the conference, which represented the culmination of their 7-month training program. Ed served as one of three faculty members selected to train the participants in professional speaking, coaching, sales and marketing disciplines.
